I Ejaculated During My Waxing

snowshoes: Mocheni Valley - Lake Erdemolo

Seconda uscita stagionale snowshoeing. The first, in Lessinia, I have not told because it was full of foul weather and an output of the second best ... in practice we have limited ourselves to a brief tour in the near Tomb of the mountain with a stop at the refuge Primaneve , where we sheltered from the storm that was raging in the area.
So today I tell you very pleasant trip, in an area of the Trentino that I think one of the best. I'm talking about Lagorai and more specifically the stretch from the valley to Lake Mocheni Erdemolo.
Palù Fersina we come to the last village in the valley Mocheni.
Dopo una ventina di minuti siamo nuovamente ad incrociare la road, which leads us to the next few minutes junction, where there is a clear indication that shows us the way to our destination. We cross a stream and here the path widens and gets lost along a side snow ... well it's time to put the snowshoes. The climb
becomes more challenging, but you can follow a path marked to facilitate the taking of snowshoes. The absence of the sun makes itself felt, not so much the temperature (low but bearable, thanks to the absence of wind), but for the gray that flattens the area, removing part of the show that this angle di montagna può offrire.
Here, we are at the shelter and this should be the lake ... of course perfectly covered with snow. We allow ourselves a lunch break before returning to base.
The descent is extremely nice ... we allow ourselves to many fun and off track, secure, make us appreciate the beauty of being able to wear snowshoes. Unfortunately when you are having fun time goes fast ... it's an hour past the start of the downhill and we're back to the car.

Conclusions:
out nice and short, ideal for those who want to become familiar with snowshoeing and the backcountry, otherwise they are safe. The climb is not prohibitive and you can avoid further soften the line with steep slopes that have followed us in the end ... just keep along the original path to the end.
I think it is a pleasant excursion for lovers of ski mountaineering, which have the ability to get out of the beautiful trail along the slopes in the woods.

Summary:
Geographical area: Group Lagorai
Place of departure-arrival : Palu Fersina - loc. Frotten (TN)
Distance: 24 km max
Difference: about 165 m Hours

Should I Worry About Elevated Bilirubin

Mistique Sweet

The photograph at the dawn of its history was now defined more, the painting in detail to accurately represent reality.
But it's so important to represent the reality, unless you are a professional with fotocamera con mero incarico documentaristico ?

Non è reale, but here is the amplification of a moment, a moment when I felt like that.
would have been .. more real, otherwise?

This photo realistic, only emphasized in contrast, tells an absurd story ..
a bridge over a river is not there.

Realism is the worst evil that can 'afflict the photograph.

Ferrata Rio Secco .... 3

I'm really in the mood for revival :-). Today I am writing the via ferrata "Rio Secco, already proposed a hike couple of years ago.
Actually, this makes three ... with three outputs on the Rio Secco 2007 to present (2010). What about ...? ferrata is a beautiful, challenging and always pleasant enough. Again I will not dwell with the narration, as I have thoroughly described the hike in the post to which I refer you to carry and which for convenience is the summary and conclusions.
For fans of the video at the bottom add a short video (sorry for the poor quality) ... with a bit of Rio Secco.

Conclusions:
that mean?! Very nice! I think the one of the best climbing I've got to go in my life as a "mountain". Evocative atmosphere, and several technical steps, there is a bit of everything (except the real views of the mountains) ... but it should not be underestimated! Difficult in some tricky steps and I believe very difficult in the presence of water in the stream. It is particularly exposed, but it requires a firm foothold and a good technical ability and fitness. Obviously I do not recommend that a beginner in this kind of excursions
.

Summary:
Starting point: Town Cadino
Meta excursion : Val of Tear
Gradient: 400 m climb
Hours: 3h
down Hours: 50 '
trails used : No 490 (Rio Secco) and No 489
Difficulty: EEA (Difficult, very difficult in the presence of water)

How To Make Pizza Otg

Fra pascoli e malghe in zona Maregge

Departure from storms, through the district Ugly, Merli, Belfiore Hut, hut Saiba, Rolli Hut and back to swell.

The route starts from the church of storms, where you take the dirt road that coincides with the European route E5.
In downhill pohe tens of minutes after we arrived near a stone bridge that crosses the watershed of the Val Marisa, under the bridge the trail begins perccorre fact that the valley and allow us to reach Hut Scrovazze.

Continuing on the road dirt in peace between lush forests of beech, crossed the votive shrine dedicated to Santa Teresa and arrive in Contrada Brutti.
The village is very distinctive and you can see a typical stele dated 1761 Cimbrian dell'effige unfortunately devoid of the saint.

Back on the road goes slightly uphill until you see the forest before us the church of St. Anne was built in 1715 and will soon reach the beautiful district Merli.
For fans of geocaching near the church there is hidden cache GC27F8M .

Merli The village of the district consists of several houses set around a central square, which is characteristic of the stable with its wide porch and the presence of two sundials still well preserved.

At the end of the barn opens a path that goes well visible on the grass until you reach an opening that can be seen in a dry wall higher. Beyond the wall the path becomes more pronounced and follow it until you reach a small plateau surrounded by pine forests and the typical block of rock eroded by wind and water.

the cart around Mount Belford and immediately after passing near the hut Belfiore Below, in the distance on the hill on the left you can see Belfiore Hut from here. Shortly after
are clearly visible two glaciers, ancient remains of what has been a source of livelihood for the people of Lessinia until the coming of factories ice and refrigerators.
Continuing overtake a gate was added to a dry stone wall and continue uphill along a wide lawn. On the left we can already see the hut Saiba, while in the woods on our right towards the spurs is the Bait Saiba.

Continuing on the cart just before you take the road that goes to St. George on the left there is a hiking trail along the dry stone wall and that we take so as to prevent the asphalt. This allows us to work around the back of Málaga Saiba, and to arrive at the foot of a staircase that opens just above the tracks.
Staying at high altitude pass next to a tool shed, just passed off to continue to follow the path we come to the district Rolli.

Wishing we could already go down from here directly to the underlying dirt road it traveled outward and back to swell up but since it is nice to see new things we focus westwards to the top of the hill where there is a small hut.
descend from the purpose and the path ends just before newsstand in Santa Teresa we saw the first leg. After a while then goes back to that short of going back to storm surges.

Gay Cruising In Twin Cities

October: Lake Tovel

Along the immense destruction that comes down from the Valley Tovel seem to hear even the last Tresenga desperate cry of the Queen.
It is said that the Queen of Ragoli having sworn allegiance to their people badly rejected offers of marriage to King Lavinto Tuenno, some are infatuated, like many others, the legendary beauty queen, but even more taken by the desire to possess the rich lands of the his kingdom. Re Lavinto
Fu, delivered from the wrath of the moves made war.
Tresenga just knew he wasted no time, declared the situation to the people who followed her passion with daring in battle. They crossed the mountains of the Brenta and fell into a valley known over the site of an emerald lake, including the armies of King Lavinto surprised. Sounded the clash of arms, the rush of Tresenga crashed as storm spent the night and nearly stopped the fight, claiming that the soldiers continued on both sides. However
Lavinto was a mighty warrior and his armies accustomed to the battle and many more. It was thus that the momentum of the Queen Tresenga shattered and finally fell with the last of his loyal subjects.
Since then, he said that the waters of Lake Tovel turn red as blood, every summer, in memory of this sacrifice.
And the last cry of the warrior queen still flows through the ruins of the valley, as it represents the remains of his army with her, fell in that river which is called just Tresenga Torrente.

It seems there is no historical basis to this legend, however, questo non toglie nulla la fascino di questi luoghi e della loro, più o meno sognata, storia.

But ..

in the fall ...

a little 'red ..

and other wonderful warm tones ...

you can still see ...

paint the emerald lake ..

E. ... diving .. forgetting everything ... even and especially because ... waiting, stopping ..
mists feel the sounds and colors of the legend ..

Fallen leaves ..
like old soldiers ..
lie.
shields and swords scattered motionless in the fields. Useless before, and now more than ever.

Gems crowns,
shed tears ...

The last step ..

The Armed Tresenga ...

Dreams float on the hopeful results ...
The final assault ...

The route ...

The end ...

reopen the fog .. Peace and again, finally ..

Red ... Back on the river, on the leaves, the colorful clothes of those who now visit this Legendary place .. who knows ... what they see ... if they felt something.

And all the colors of the world. In a moment.

Desmume Rom Soul Silver

Dorsale Alta Lessinia

Departure from San Giorgio, ref. Podesta, Castelberto top and back to San Giorgio.

Length: 23 Km
Drop: m. 267
Maximum altitude: m. 1757
Average walking time: 6 hours

NB The itinerary described is only part of the crossing known as the Ridge High Lessinia Pasubio Carega trails described in the publication. The project provides for the full travel departure from and arrival at Fosse Giazza through Parparia Hut, hut Campegna, San Giorgio, ref. Podesta, Cima Castelberto, Barognol Hut, hut Lavacchione, Spluga Preta and finally Fosse.

This is a long path through meadows and forests of Upper Lessinia, touches on some of the most picturesque pastures used for pasture. It 's a very scenic route that allows you to dominate the valleys that surround the plateau.

The whole tour expected 12/13 hours of walking and with the logistics of the transfer to and from places of origin and destination, to be evaluated carefully, since Giazza and was not quite so close together.

's why I propose, therefore, that this variation that affects the central part of the route so that the places of origin and destination are the same.
I still carry in a different color full description of the route, the track is loaded instead of the text darker.

It starts from the Church of Giazza and proceed west onto the small street on the old European path E5 "Le Gosse." Climb the wide turns at first then gradually with a path a bit 'more circuitous but always in the woods to get to where the slope becomes less steep boundaries of the pool where a trail next fall to Malga Parparia di Sotto. And instead go straight out of the wood we continue until you cross the path that goes from 253 Parparia.

Continue north until you get near Mount Grolle (1596 m) where the road begins to descend in the direction of Málaga Malera di Sotto and soon arrive at San Giorgio.

San Giorgio Upper Lessinia continuing on the dirt road, passing near Hut after the Mouth and Gaibana Gaibana where you can enjoy a wonderful view and the Valley of Carega Ronchi.

Continuing we pass Pozza Dead and taking advantage of some shortcuts where possible, we come to the refuge Podesta, Podesta anticaresidenza summer.
After the rule of the Scala family, most of Lessinia divenneproprietà di nobili veronesi: la Nobile Compagnia dei Lessini, cheeleggeva un amministratore, il podesta dei Lessini(Potestat Linixorum).

After some ups and downs to the north, take the road to Cima Castelberto where you can admire a vast panorama, and what remains of the system of trenches built during the First World War.

L 'complete itinerary instead provides for the continuation of the path 111, passing through the high pastures of the little hut where Foppiano triggers before you reach 112 on the left the path that leads us to Malga Barognol.

Barognol climb from hut to hut Lavacchione south towards and past the hut ss descend towards Sega Ala.

Il ritorno avviene bene o male per lo stesso percorso dell'andata, preferendo a volte la strada dirt not to repeat it verbatim in its entirety. If you want you could also make a semi-ring circuit from Catelberto fact one could go in the direction of Málaga Foppiano and just before you reach the trail turn right on # 112 which leads to the Aguz and then get them through Podesteria Alm Scortigara.

Ferrata Gerardo Sega ... 2

A distance of a couple of years I have returned back to the "S Gerardo ega", a railway which I had left a good memory and that I had promised to go back as soon as possible.

I will not go with the story as you can find the details in the previous post, to which reference with the following LINK .
In this post I merely report the conclusions (some journals), the summary output and a short new video:

Conclusions:
the environment in which it develops the way is very nice as well from the point of view from the panoramic nature ... is regarded as one of the best "spots" that can be found on the Monte Baldo. The route also has the advantage of being displaced almost completely below the 1,000 meters, making it passable most of the year (though not recommend for the summer heat). The judge technically simple (real climbing steps are very few and allocated in the basin in the initial and final), but also moderately difficult, both for physical fatigue (gradient and length are not to be underestimated), both for exposed sections (better not get dizzy).
consider it suitable even for beginners provided with physical training, absence of vertigo and accompanied by an experienced hiker.

Ride along the Val d'Adige (Ciclopista of the Sun)

Beautiful and easy bike ride along the Adige valley, crossed by exploiting the cycling of the sun. The track is played mainly on asphalt in the protected area, with a short exception in which we were forced to use the roads to ordinary roads, little traffic anyway.
The stretch we've come to range from Borghetto Mori (TN), where we stopped to rest in a pleasant park, which is also a biker point. This time I will not dwell in the description, I prefer to leave room for a compilation of photos and the final summary.

Corno d'Aquilio

I highly recommend watching the documentary film The Abyss, Video Publisher APS.
The film definitely not suited to the claustrophobic says eighty years of exploration and does so with the explorers of the past 50 years of historical expeditions in the speleologicheche Spluga and fascinating footage, the result of two years of work by over 70 cavers involved in 30 runs.
The images in the cave are of high quality and serve to explain what are the challenges, expectations and satisfactions of a caving expedition today, documented in video during its course.

about 200 yards south-west of Spluga Preta opens instead Cave of the Cobbler, which can be visited without special precautions.

Straight ahead, then climb back on the sweet grass holding the cross at the top of the Horn as a reference point.
leave the Horn of Aquiglio go down again in the direction of the Church of Preta.
Here to return wanting to make a ring around us facing two alternatives.
A beautiful but steep descent into the forest allows pointing in a southeasterly direction to descend directly with a mule and reconnect to the path 250 at the foot of the Horn hub and from there to finish the dirt road link in this pleasant trip back to Contrada Tommasi.

The other alternative, considerably longer but more gentle and peaceful scenery and everything that takes place on forest road, he sees at first then go around Pretta hut hut Pealda just below the hump of the Cornetto from them and finally back to where we parked the 'car.

A short track gps.

II Monte Terrazzo e la Val Fraselle

by Contrada Loke Malga Terrace, step Zevola, Fraselle Hut and back to Val di Sopra Fraselle .

Length: 11 Km
Drop: m. 1080
Quote massima: m. 1856
Tempo medio percorrenza: 4h 30'

Si prosegue verso north towards the Valley Revolto and, after a short climb you come out on the pasture where the ruins of hut Campostrini, in 1254 meters. Our path now leaves the district to the left and climb up the grassy hill heading north. More than a grove of spruce trees before. a beech and then you enter the small but ancient forest of fir Taratzèike. some of which are of significant size.
At the end of the forest can be reached at 1546 Terrace Hut meters (about 2 hours).

From the back of the hut it takes to rise following the signs for "Alm Fraselle''and" step Zevola °.
After a hundred yards we are at a crossroads with two directions: the east indicates the direction to "pasture and Fraselle Giazza" one facing north, ie to the left, the direction to "step Zevola. ;

We follow this second chance and steep climb to the ridge of the zig-zag Terrace immerse yourself in the mountain pines, until you enter in the 'path up the mountain terrace.
It just passes under the crest of the mountain tormented and landslide in part through the higher massive scree "of Scaife." Suddenly, the path drops down to the left with a slight slope of mountain pines and then head to the turn of the path, going from hut Fraselle di Sopra, leading to the pass Zevola, large grassy saddle between Mount Terrace and Mount Zevola.

pays here bend slightly to the left and you soon come up Zevola, to 1799 meters (about 1 hour from the alp Terrace).
Zevola From the pass we descend to the Val Fraselle following the wide trail No. 202.
This handy trail surrounds the entire left bank of the head of the Val Fraselle allowing you to easily reach hut Fraselle di Sopra, 1630 meters).

Now you leave behind us (Northeast) path to the Passo Ristele Baptists and the refuge, and that, with pointed No. 202 for Scagìna pitch that heads south.
abandon Fraselle hut above 280 by taking the path that runs through the valley of the river Fraselle and that leads us after a few tens of minutes' walk to pasture Fraselle below (1476 meters).

From alp Fraselle facing two options below to return to Giazza:

• take on the left bank of the valley the forest road that runs through the northern slopes of the Mountain Lobbia and leading into the valley just above Feceraut (906 meters). So raccordatici the dirt road in the valley, back to Giazza;

• leave the forest road on the left and down along the path indicated by the CAI with No. 280, which almost always follows the valley floor and ending on the road above the valley floor at the end of which one returns to the parking district Loke from which we started the trip (hours 2 Zevola about the pass in both cases, a total of 5 hours to calculate abundant support not included).

Here the path displayed on the map.

Foresta dei Folignani

by Vajo eels to return to Hut Arnezzo Vajo way.

Length: 10.5 km
Drop: m. 475
Maximum altitude: m.
1502 Time: 2h 30 '/ 3h

The trail begins near the Bridge of the eel (1050 m) along the road from Bosco Chiesanuova Erbezzo port and from there take the forest road that climbs the eel Vajo ancient valley running from the flow of water and enters the Forest of Folignani, one of the most beautiful nature reserves Lessinia Veronese.
Beyond a small rest area with tables and benches, continue slightly slight slope for about 700 meters until you see on the left, a sign that signals the beginning of the route 2 Direct Hut Arnezzo flora and fauna and the area of Málaga Derocon.
The first section of the route is slightly uphill and runs in a beautiful forest of hazel, maple and spruce, Contrada Strozzi at the fork to keep right and continue alongside a small Vajo where, with a bit 'of attention, it's easy to hear the powerful voice of the wren the typical tic-tic-tic of the robin.
As you climb, the wood gradually changing appearance, increase the spruce and beech trees first appear above. After about half an hour of easy walking away from the woods and you will enter into a meadow at the bottom of which is visible Arnezzo Hut (1196 m).

Raggiunta la malga, si imbocca la carrareccia che porta a Malga Vallina di sotto (1483 m) the nozzle and Vallina (1489 m), which offers a splendid view over the Forest of Folignani, especially in autumn when the red beech and yellow of the larches contrasts sharply with the dark green of spruce.
Go along, then, for a short distance to the paved road that climbs up to Castelberto cross on the right track that descends to the Vajo way.
At the bottom of the hill, turn right and follow the signs to the Vajo eel, falls, and then, in the woods of Folignani. It then continues downhill until you reach the forest road back Bridge eel, where he started the journey.

Back Injury At Work Whats My Rights

GPS Babel

I bring to the attention a very useful software, among other things, also freeware, which allows you to turn gps file in other formats to our navigation or for the various software we use.

GPSBabel converts waypoints, tracks and paths from one format to another GPS or may be transferred from one device to another. Thanks to the graphical interface intuitive enough, (or from the command line for the more experienced), all this happens in a simple, rapid and you do not have to be a computer expert to succeed in the conversion.
supports almost all extensions of its multitude of programs and GPS receivers by Garmin, Magellan, DeLorme from Google Earth and many more.
Simply select the source file by specifying its format starting (unfortunately can not automatically identify it) and then select the output format we want, even through the use of filters, you can choose only what information interest us.

On the web I found the track Lessinia Legend of 2008 formats for trk CompeGPS
without needing to install the right software or look for another program to read input value that format with GPSBabel converts it to kml to be able to view it directly in Google Earth.
Let's see how do.

Open the program that we will find the interface is as follows.

INPOST the section of selecting the input file format to convert and the original location where it is.
We will then just as in the output setting questa volta il formato finale che desideriamo e il relativo percorso di destinazione.
