Ride along the Val d'Adige (Ciclopista of the Sun)

Beautiful and easy bike ride along the Adige valley, crossed by exploiting the cycling of the sun. The track is played mainly on asphalt in the protected area, with a short exception in which we were forced to use the roads to ordinary roads, little traffic anyway.
The stretch we've come to range from Borghetto Mori (TN), where we stopped to rest in a pleasant park, which is also a biker point. This time I will not dwell in the description, I prefer to leave room for a compilation of photos and the final summary.

Corno d'Aquilio

I highly recommend watching the documentary film The Abyss, Video Publisher APS.
The film definitely not suited to the claustrophobic says eighty years of exploration and does so with the explorers of the past 50 years of historical expeditions in the speleologicheche Spluga and fascinating footage, the result of two years of work by over 70 cavers involved in 30 runs.
The images in the cave are of high quality and serve to explain what are the challenges, expectations and satisfactions of a caving expedition today, documented in video during its course.

about 200 yards south-west of Spluga Preta opens instead Cave of the Cobbler, which can be visited without special precautions.

Straight ahead, then climb back on the sweet grass holding the cross at the top of the Horn as a reference point.
leave the Horn of Aquiglio go down again in the direction of the Church of Preta.
Here to return wanting to make a ring around us facing two alternatives.
A beautiful but steep descent into the forest allows pointing in a southeasterly direction to descend directly with a mule and reconnect to the path 250 at the foot of the Horn hub and from there to finish the dirt road link in this pleasant trip back to Contrada Tommasi.

The other alternative, considerably longer but more gentle and peaceful scenery and everything that takes place on forest road, he sees at first then go around Pretta hut hut Pealda just below the hump of the Cornetto from them and finally back to where we parked the 'car.

A short track gps.

II Monte Terrazzo e la Val Fraselle

by Contrada Loke Malga Terrace, step Zevola, Fraselle Hut and back to Val di Sopra Fraselle .

Length: 11 Km
Drop: m. 1080
Quote massima: m. 1856
Tempo medio percorrenza: 4h 30'

Si prosegue verso north towards the Valley Revolto and, after a short climb you come out on the pasture where the ruins of hut Campostrini, in 1254 meters. Our path now leaves the district to the left and climb up the grassy hill heading north. More than a grove of spruce trees before. a beech and then you enter the small but ancient forest of fir Taratzèike. some of which are of significant size.
At the end of the forest can be reached at 1546 Terrace Hut meters (about 2 hours).

From the back of the hut it takes to rise following the signs for "Alm Fraselle''and" step Zevola °.
After a hundred yards we are at a crossroads with two directions: the east indicates the direction to "pasture and Fraselle Giazza" one facing north, ie to the left, the direction to "step Zevola. ;

We follow this second chance and steep climb to the ridge of the zig-zag Terrace immerse yourself in the mountain pines, until you enter in the 'path up the mountain terrace.
It just passes under the crest of the mountain tormented and landslide in part through the higher massive scree "of Scaife." Suddenly, the path drops down to the left with a slight slope of mountain pines and then head to the turn of the path, going from hut Fraselle di Sopra, leading to the pass Zevola, large grassy saddle between Mount Terrace and Mount Zevola.

pays here bend slightly to the left and you soon come up Zevola, to 1799 meters (about 1 hour from the alp Terrace).
Zevola From the pass we descend to the Val Fraselle following the wide trail No. 202.
This handy trail surrounds the entire left bank of the head of the Val Fraselle allowing you to easily reach hut Fraselle di Sopra, 1630 meters).

Now you leave behind us (Northeast) path to the Passo Ristele Baptists and the refuge, and that, with pointed No. 202 for Scagìna pitch that heads south.
abandon Fraselle hut above 280 by taking the path that runs through the valley of the river Fraselle and that leads us after a few tens of minutes' walk to pasture Fraselle below (1476 meters).

From alp Fraselle facing two options below to return to Giazza:

• take on the left bank of the valley the forest road that runs through the northern slopes of the Mountain Lobbia and leading into the valley just above Feceraut (906 meters). So raccordatici the dirt road in the valley, back to Giazza;

• leave the forest road on the left and down along the path indicated by the CAI with No. 280, which almost always follows the valley floor and ending on the road above the valley floor at the end of which one returns to the parking district Loke from which we started the trip (hours 2 Zevola about the pass in both cases, a total of 5 hours to calculate abundant support not included).

Here the path displayed on the map.

Foresta dei Folignani

by Vajo eels to return to Hut Arnezzo Vajo way.

Length: 10.5 km
Drop: m. 475
Maximum altitude: m.
1502 Time: 2h 30 '/ 3h

The trail begins near the Bridge of the eel (1050 m) along the road from Bosco Chiesanuova Erbezzo port and from there take the forest road that climbs the eel Vajo ancient valley running from the flow of water and enters the Forest of Folignani, one of the most beautiful nature reserves Lessinia Veronese.
Beyond a small rest area with tables and benches, continue slightly slight slope for about 700 meters until you see on the left, a sign that signals the beginning of the route 2 Direct Hut Arnezzo flora and fauna and the area of Málaga Derocon.
The first section of the route is slightly uphill and runs in a beautiful forest of hazel, maple and spruce, Contrada Strozzi at the fork to keep right and continue alongside a small Vajo where, with a bit 'of attention, it's easy to hear the powerful voice of the wren the typical tic-tic-tic of the robin.
As you climb, the wood gradually changing appearance, increase the spruce and beech trees first appear above. After about half an hour of easy walking away from the woods and you will enter into a meadow at the bottom of which is visible Arnezzo Hut (1196 m).

Raggiunta la malga, si imbocca la carrareccia che porta a Malga Vallina di sotto (1483 m) the nozzle and Vallina (1489 m), which offers a splendid view over the Forest of Folignani, especially in autumn when the red beech and yellow of the larches contrasts sharply with the dark green of spruce.
Go along, then, for a short distance to the paved road that climbs up to Castelberto cross on the right track that descends to the Vajo way.
At the bottom of the hill, turn right and follow the signs to the Vajo eel, falls, and then, in the woods of Folignani. It then continues downhill until you reach the forest road back Bridge eel, where he started the journey.

Back Injury At Work Whats My Rights

GPS Babel

I bring to the attention a very useful software, among other things, also freeware, which allows you to turn gps file in other formats to our navigation or for the various software we use.

GPSBabel converts waypoints, tracks and paths from one format to another GPS or may be transferred from one device to another. Thanks to the graphical interface intuitive enough, (or from the command line for the more experienced), all this happens in a simple, rapid and you do not have to be a computer expert to succeed in the conversion.
supports almost all extensions of its multitude of programs and GPS receivers by Garmin, Magellan, DeLorme from Google Earth and many more.
Simply select the source file by specifying its format starting (unfortunately can not automatically identify it) and then select the output format we want, even through the use of filters, you can choose only what information interest us.

On the web I found the track Lessinia Legend of 2008 formats for trk CompeGPS
without needing to install the right software or look for another program to read input value that format with GPSBabel converts it to kml to be able to view it directly in Google Earth.
Let's see how do.

Open the program that we will find the interface is as follows.

INPOST the section of selecting the input file format to convert and the original location where it is.
We will then just as in the output setting questa volta il formato finale che desideriamo e il relativo percorso di destinazione.

My Husband Rape My Sister

Dai Parpari agli Spiazzoi

not just a walk through picturesque places, but a journey through time, because the signs left by telling us stories of over a thousand years ago, when I lived in these areas Bertoldo . a simple but smart mountain lived in the second half of the sixth century and welcomed between 568 and 571 to the court jester as king Alboino in Verona and counselor.
For those wishing to investigate the deeds of Bertoldo can King seeks the play was written by Giulio Cesare Croce entitled "Tricks of Bertoldo thin" or the book "Bertoldo, and Bertoldino Cacasenno.

But let's get to the route itself.

Dossalto It starts from the hut, reachable by car, turning left just after the church the center of the bottom of Parparia.
On the back of the shelter is a line of Laste the climb over and begin to descend toward the base of the ski lift right off today. Arriving at the base of the ski lift to our right we see a lonely pillar of stone with red empty niche which probably contained a religious image.

After observing the cross carved on the back, looking up at the south well camouflaged between blocks of red ammonitico and bushes, we see a nice stone refuge of shepherds everything that could hold two shepherds sitting , a similar (slightly 'smaller) located nearby on the opposite side of the valley.
lodges overlooking the valley below where it was gathered the flock of sheep at a time when even Lessinia herding sheep was a 'activities more widespread than today.
Continuing the walk to the bottom of the valley, left on our left a nice pool of water behind the Bait and the Campo Rotondo hut, we reach the side of the mountain Spiazzoletta still partly wooded.

on the side of this mountain, we immediately notice a large lawn (the practical 'to BERTHOLD) carefully cleared of stones: a nice solitary beech dominates the corner to the southeast. Among the numerous marogne of stones you see a site with rocks and pieces of sheet sagomanti well: it is what remains of what is traditionally as the "house of Bertoldo" which stood nearby. Near the great beech fills a pile of stones that are identified as "pit Bertoldo, a cistern that collected rainwater in a roof. These remains were recognizable only a few years ago.

before driving towards the location Spiazzoi we approach a pillar of stone stuck on a rock which is about fifty meters to the east. Beneath the cross carved in the stele states that a young man of 25 years died there March 20, 1869 hit by a snowstorm on his way to Giazza.

go back in and continuing on the lawn of Bertoldo Spiazzoletta path which skirts the mountain, we come to the beautiful architectural complex of Spiazzoi: a church which bears the date 1855, two barns and an old inn dating from 1820 which served as a resting spot until more than half of the last century for Farmer who resided in huts during the summer.

A short track in gpx format .

When Does Tooth Pain Mean Root Canal

& Fire's Light: Natural Vs Artificial Intelligence. The Magnificent One _Cima

As a child I was terrified for the real fireworks ...
on the other hand, my grandfather gave literally in time for panic. It was not a coward, absolutely.
instead I did the time, crazy.
Go crazy .. more than usual, in effetti.

lightning.

It seems that nature, aggravated by the insult that the young man brought to his greatness, from time to time to respond in kind, and abundance!

It 's the second time this has happened on the evening of the eight storms arrive in September to give a hand to the festivities, this time, my partner attack Dementia is taken from a sort of ecstatic trance, forgetting an appointment (Which is why I'll never be enough detested) but on the other hand I do not miss the appointment with this clash of Titans.

On the hill, the atmosphere is tense, bristling, electric charge as a trigger at any moment ..

and shoot ....
in an explosion without fear responses.

LeftySky.
dark thoughts.

.. atomic memories ... The town below seems
burning ..

Sassuolo under attack. It 'an incredible sight. Luckily it's just a show, as great. But the cloud would make a real fear.
The fires of the virgin pale as small wild flowers. What nature can 'do we can only dimly imagine, to remember more dreams and legends.

Proper Disposal Of Sanitary Napkins

# D 'Asta Lift_

Si tratta di un monolito di Adamello tonalite granite-like, which is different for different grains and the presence of pyrites which give a reddish hue at times.

Above: the "Zimone" to make the evening along the dirt road that climbs from Sorgazza.

addition ..
is not the first time that I go, this is one of the mountains for me, "elective" in my case, it was in 1990 that went up for the first time giving birth to what was then an infinite love, specifically for this summit in general for the mountains. That
just last Thursday of August I get up early in the morning, smell the air, the key time and I understand that is the morning to go right: The sky is clear, it does not rain today, at least for a while '. Parto
walk from Val Malene, could earn almost three hundred meters, taking me with the car in Sorgazza Hut, but I think really the most beautiful walk from ... and salirmela, enjoy it (and suffer) as a whole, is a jump from approximately 1900 meters in altitude, but the dazed me that typically characterizes the morning does not allow me to do with a problem.

I put on a good pace along the road, pass the Sorgazza great career and gain fast 2000 meters of altitude.
But when the trail climbs that things get more serious, because in effect after the first hour and a half's walk forced, now that I have to "pull up" body bag and all that, I start feeling tired, my legs you lead, wind thickens.

After the crossroads of Valon near the Cima d 'Asta finally arriving in what is the real world of rock of this mountain.

We are on Laste.
boards of hard compact granite.

(... In the background the peaks of Passetto ..)

And finally ... can be seen emerging from the Laste ..
at this point, but seems to be made ....
also no!

Also because the track does not run for more twists and turns, but rises
straight line of maximum gradient, salt resting on Laste and is steeper than when it is not ..

arrived in the basin of the lake shot straight to go see it. It 's something unique, even to have seen others, alpine lakes, so much so as if the emerald set in the crown of a king, and is so pure, so clear. One gets the impression that everything is .. clean here.
The lake has an area of 90,000 square meters, a depth of about 38 meters, and its waters are very transparent. The white Secchi disk, tests which measure the transparency of the water of reservoirs such as this, was visible 18 meters deep.

The refuge Brass Brentari.
Wanted by the SAT at the beginning of last century, was inaugurated in his first house in the cube on 24-August of 1908. Passed unscathed the war of the Great War, succumbs to the destruction brought by World War II. Today 's building was inaugurated on August 10, 1952.

I take the good book " CIMA AUCTION - Proposals for a hiking exploration - of Vitlacil-Gioppi, text that I recommend to anyone who knows, should know and love this mountain, the memory taken from the report of Charles Zanghellini, manufacturer responsible for building works:

".. months spent in the construction, including untold hardships. All materials required for the construction of the shelter were brought up there in the back of a man from incredible distances. "

Do we think
aa comfortable hikers in our comfortable age, that we enjoy the great pleasures of huts like this, and many others like this, complaining that too much is not convenient, many, wonderful times!

Here is a complete view of the crown jewel ...

Go up to the rocks ... Forzelleta knobs, shaped by the nature of time with the patience of millions of years, rocks, broken in a moment of anger latent Giel, bristling at the heaven cries.

seems a flight of steps almost ...
E 'rock now in this sea of quiet storm now the world of this star resting on the ground.
Going up, we're almost to the pass.

Deep Sky ... From here you enter the heart of this mountain, the world turned to stone. Terrible and wonderful. It also seems a dip in time in one day twenty years ago.
The scam of this section of the course is that you get here already quite tired, being up to almost 2700 meters, but then if they lose about 80, which is necessary to regain the rocky final ascent to the summit. Going
meeting already people are coming down, it is now noon.
I am a bit 'out of breath. At the top I'm afraid that I hang from the cross peak ...

"Nifheimr" , The land of mist, in Norse mythology.
They go back, gather it seeming to come from nothing, can make the day brighter darkness.
E 'the dark side of this world ... often ceases after noon on the day ..

We are at the top.

Magnificences.

below to view the chain is in its initial Lagorai from Colbricon until Cauriol.
can be glimpsed on the back a bit 'of dolomites in the area of the Pale di San Martino, in this case Monte Mulaz.

up there ... There really is not a I know the Tibetans. In recent years put the flags on the peaks votive has become almost a fad, but here are really a perfect location.

Above left breathless the undersigned right Bivouac Cavinato, located right on the top.

of La Cima "Diaoli" that the ridge is the continuation of the same name in the formidable With the Wind,
the north arm of the "star" which departs from the slope of the Val Vanoi.

's time to go down. The clouds are rising, will soon be everywhere.

I mentioned above, the tone of 'Adamello.

The tops of the Passetto greet me from now declined to share in the direction of Málaga Sorgazza the hike to the top of the great draws to a close. No more than six kilometers by road to the campsite Val Malene.
If they give me a ride I guess I accept it, because my feet are now under foot, more like a Wienerschnitzel in which a pair of legs ...
