How Much Tip For A Brazilian Wax

Ciaspolata sul monte Baldo

We Prada, famous town on the slopes of Mount Baldo, in the municipality of Caprino Veronese, direct to our destination: somewhere on Archie :-)

drive along the narrow road that connects Prada to 'lodges Ortigara' and further north to the refuge 'Fiori del Baldo'. The snow is great and there is a strong feeling that we finally manage to full use of snowshoes. As we go up the road "dirty" so that the use of chains and forces us to push the human ... to continue the march :-). We can get up to a hairpin where we parked the car. From here the track which leads to pasture 'Zilon'. This is precisely the direction we decide to go for the start of our tour.
After a few tens of meters, however, we start with the off-piste: cut fact on the left toward what should be the way to the crest of the mountain. The powder snow is immaculate and perfect for snowshoeing. We take off in the bushes and we arrive at a first level where we can enjoy a beautiful landscape. continue along our original direction, and between shrub we find ourselves on the other main road leading to the refuge. Basically we open a new shortcut :-). At this point we follow the road, always looking for a new road that will lead us to the ridge. We climb until we reach near the parking lot from which part of the road forestale che conduce ai ‘Fiori del Baldo’.
Incrociamo also directed another hiker to the summit of Baldo ... he favors a shortcut that points directly to the top, cutting through the bush above us. Ok, we think the idea sufficiently "crazy" and then emulate. While we realize that this time we get off-piste skiing is really extreme, particularly since the vegetation dense and difficult to overcome, even complicit snowshoes that prevent much movement. After repeatedly improvised the way, emerging at last on the crest . We pull a bit and admire the breathtaking panorama which is becoming more attractive. Now try to follow the ridge, although the vegetation always opposed a strong resistance. Eventually we find a sudden "clean" we walk up to decide to go down to the valley below, then follow up with the idea of \u200b\u200bthe direction of the plain of 'Naole'.
The descent is much easier and faster and soon we are in the valley route that would accommodate the 662. The climb is now much easier since the slope is not prohibitive ... breath, however, was somewhat compromised by previous battles with the shrubs.
The arrival of a saddle with some rocks that appear to be welcoming us to favor a well-deserved break lunch.
Resume to go close valley, with the antennas of the fort of 'Naole' background that encourage us to achieve it. We meet track of what should be the road that leads to the strong, but we will continue along the valley; move forward until you see strong vertically above us and at this point we decide to climb " attacking" the slope along the its maximum slope. No sooner said than done. The climb, though short, is intense, but the arrival with a bit of panting is offset by an extraordinary view. The strong seeds buried by snow is watching us. We admire the southern valley path and we just the east ridge of Mount Baldo up to the shelters 'Fiori del Baldo' and 'Chierego', with the background part of Lake Garda to "dress" the everything. But the climb is not over ... we reach the summit that overlooks the strong ... the reach and here again we can enjoy new and beautiful scenery, this time also open towards the valley that hosts' Ferrara Monte Baldo '(see first photo below).
Cresta raggiunta e foto ricordo. Inutile cercare di spiegare i panorami ai quali si può assistere! (vedi terza foto sotto) I rifugi sembrano li ad un passo e con poco sforzo potrebbero be achieved ... but there is no time to delay, it is time to come back, so even if a bit reluctantly, let south direction towards the final goal: the car.
For a while we follow the ridge to divert along the western side of the mountain in order to reach the height of what should be the forest road, while we go down the road takes form and the district change with the increase of the vegetation, until, after much time, at the junction for 'lodges Ortigara' and the next parking already seen in the morning. From here you take the road that, this time without shortcuts (and with some nice views ) gives easily the car where we arrive, as usual, with a setting sun and that gives a glimpse last suggestive: - )

Conclusions:
nice hike in an area more attractive, and with the winter season takes that little bit more due to the presence of snow. The heavy snowfall this winter have made it possible for virtually any itinerary with snowshoes (of course always with a bit of "salt in pumpkin "). Our imagination has led us to walk around a bit "crazy" that I described, but the possibilities are endless, the limit is the imagination, physical, time, which unfortunately can sometimes be a tyrant, and prudence, that never hurts.
